The Controller of personal data is Laboratorium DermaPharm sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Business Division of the National Court Register, under KRS [National Court Register] No. 0000130068, NIP [VAT] No. 527-020-30-00, REGON [National Official Business Register] No. 010197176. Personal data is processed in order to respond to the persons who made inquiries via the contact form on the website.
Users have the possibility to view and update data concerning them. The provision of data is voluntary, although it is necessary to achieve the objectives indicated above.
The data collected is an e-mail address or a phone number.
The data shall be processed for no longer than 12 weeks and shall then be permanently deleted.
